Website for Builders in Miercurea Ciuc, with Ongoing Work on Show

In Miercurea Ciuc and the villages of the Ciuc basin — Sâncrăieni, Ciceu, Frumoasa — quite a few new houses have an owner who isn't there. He works in Hungary, in Austria or further away, left the money for the foundation before he went and only comes home for the holidays or for his summer leave. Between two trips, his house grows without him: he learns about the walls and the roof from photos sent in the evening, mixed in with family messages.

For a firm in Csíkszereda, this changes how trust is earned. Showing houses finished five years ago isn't enough; the owner wants to see that his own house is moving forward, stage by stage, even though you mostly talk in writing, and usually in Hungarian. MPO Web Studio makes sites for Miercurea Ciuc builders that keep ongoing work on show too, and we show you the mock-up without charge, before you decide anything.

How it works

  1. 1We build you a free demo of your site
  2. 2You tell us what to change
  3. 3You pay only if you love it

In Ciuc, a house grows between two trips home

The owner who's away doesn't see the work day by day, but in jumps. He leaves in August with the foundation poured and comes back at Christmas to a house with a roof — or to one still stuck at the masonry, without having found out in time. In the Ciuc basin, where the cold sets in early, his autumn question is always the same: will the roof be closed before the first snow? It isn't the price that bothers him, he settled that long ago, but not knowing. Photos sent in the chat get lost among messages from home, the relative who drops by the site can't tell whether the insulation went in properly, and he ends up asking the same thing three times, late at night. The firm that shows him, unprompted and in order, where the work stands no longer gets called three times.

The house in progress is also the advert for the next one abroad

People from Ciuc who work abroad know each other: from the same village, from the same site in Hungary, from the same crew in Austria. When one of them shows a colleague the house going up back home, the firm's name travels on, in the same lunch break. And that colleague isn't looking at old showcase villas; he wants to see that the firm is working now, keeps the pace and says openly where things stand. A page with the ongoing build, with a date on every stage, proves that better than any gallery. The conversation almost always happens in Hungarian, so the pages are written first in the language spoken on site and in the family, with Romanian alongside for clients from the rest of the country.

The page of the house under way: every stage with its date

The mock-up we build for you free of charge starts from your firm and from one of the houses you have under way right now. We give it its own page: the stages one below the other, each with a date and a few lines — foundation, masonry, roof frame, windows fitted — and with your photos, not bought images. The owner gets a single link and, whenever he opens it, finds the latest stage at the top, with its date, without having to hunt for it among the messages from home. For the next stages, we show you how to add photos without a programmer. For reference, there's a finished construction site at /demo/constructii. If the mock-up convinces you, the site goes live within days; prices begin at €290, one round of revisions is included, and for 7 days after launch any fault is ours to fix. If it doesn't, you owe us nothing.

Frequently asked questions

The owner wants to see his house on the site, but doesn't want the whole village to see it. Is that possible?+

Yes. The ongoing-build page doesn't appear in the menu and we hide it from Google; it only opens with the link you give the owner. One thing to know: anyone he forwards the link to can see it too, so we don't put the exact address, names or personal details on it — only the house and its stages.

How often do I need to add photos so the page doesn't look abandoned?+

Not every week, but at each finished stage, with its date. If a stage takes longer than seems normal — say the slab has to be left to harden before the masonry goes up —, a short line says why. A calm owner is one who knows why nothing has moved, not one who gets daily photos of the same wall.

Once I hand the house over, what happens to its page?+

If the owner agrees, we move it among the finished projects, with its whole story, from the foundation trench to the handing over of the keys. It's the best example you can show the next client working abroad: not just the finished house, but how you kept him informed along the way.

If I have three houses under way at once, do I pay for each site page?+

The project page is built once, as a template, and every new house is poured into it, so you don't pay three times for the same work. Packages start at €290; the exact amount, based on the pages and languages you pick, comes to you in writing before we start, and the mock-up costs nothing.
