We fix broken, hacked or slow websites

Your site shows a blank page, takes ages to load, or Google flags it as dangerous. Tell us on WhatsApp what you see. Within 24 hours we tell you what is wrong, what the fix costs and how long it will take. The diagnosis is free and you are not committed to anything.

The price is fixed, and you know it before we start any work. We work on WordPress and on custom-built sites. We also make small changes to sites and help with problems on your business profile on Google. We are a small web studio from Cluj-Napoca, Romania, and we work remotely.

What we fix and from what price

  • Quick fixfrom €49One specific problem: a blank page, a 500 error, a contact form that no longer sends emails, a site that breaks on iPhone, lost access to the admin panel, SSL errors or payment errors. Or one small change to your site: a call button, a WhatsApp button or a Google map.
  • Hacked site or flagged as dangerousfrom €149We clean the infected code, close the hole we find, change the passwords together with you and ask Google for a review. Google decides when the warning comes off, not us.
  • Slow sitefrom €80We optimise the speed: oversized images, missing caching, and scripts and plugins that weigh the page down for no reason. We measure before and after, so you can see what changed.
  • Monthly maintenancefrom €29/monthUpdates, security, automatic backups, small changes and monitoring. So you are less likely to end up back here.

How it works

  1. 01

    Tell us what's wrong

On WhatsApp, send us your site's address, what isn't working and since when. A screenshot helps. You don't need any technical terms.

  2. 02

Get the diagnosis within 24 hours

We tell you what is broken, the fixed price and the timeframe. The diagnosis is free. If you'd rather not go ahead, you owe nothing. If we can't see the cause from the outside, we tell you what access we need to find it, still at no cost.

  3. 03

We fix it, you check it

You give us temporary access. We take a backup first, then make the fix. At the end you check the site and close our access.

What we fix

Some of the problems we fix:

  • a blank page or a 500 error
  • a contact form that no longer sends emails
  • a site that looks broken on iPhone or in Safari
  • images that no longer load
  • the wrong preview when you share the link on WhatsApp or Facebook
  • lost access to the admin panel
  • a site stuck in maintenance mode
  • SSL or HTTPS errors, such as "Your connection is not private"
  • payment errors on the site
  • a hacked site, strange redirects, or a "dangerous site" warning in Google or the browser
  • a site that loads slowly, especially on mobile

We also make small changes to an existing site: the ANPC SAL badge for shops in Romania (and removing the old SOL link, which hasn't worked since July 2025), a call button that stays visible on mobile, a WhatsApp button, a Google map, a booking form or a cookie banner that actually blocks tracking until the visitor agrees. A new site or a redesign isn't part of this.

We work on WordPress and on custom-built sites, whoever built them. For Wix, Shopify or other platforms, we tell you in the diagnosis whether we can help.

How we work to avoid breaking anything else

Before we change anything, we take a backup of the site. If needed, we can roll back to how it was before.

We work with temporary access: a separate admin account created for us, or access to your hosting. We don't ask for your personal email password. After the fix, you delete the account or change the password, and our access is closed.

For lost access, we first check that the site is yours. At the end we tell you which accounts we used, so you can close all of them.

With a hacked site, we change the passwords together with you at the end, so only you know the new ones.

When we're done, we tell you briefly and in plain words what we found and what we changed.

Problems with your business profile on Google

We also help with your business profile on Google (Google Business Profile, formerly Google My Business), the one that shows up in Google Maps and in search results. We help with one specific problem, as a one-off, with no subscription:

  • you've moved and want to change the address on the same profile, so you keep your reviews (Google may ask you to verify again)
  • you've changed your business name (we only use the real name, without extra keywords, as Google's rules require)
  • Google shows the wrong details, such as your opening hours, phone number or address
  • your profile has been suspended
  • you have fake or abusive reviews you want to report
  • someone else has claimed your profile and you no longer have access to it
  • verification isn't working
  • your business shows up twice in Google Maps
  • you want the short link customers use to leave you a review (you send it to all customers; Google's rules don't allow paid reviews)

The profile stays yours. You remain the owner and invite us as a manager. We don't ask you to make us owners. When we're done, you remove us as a manager and our access is closed.

If someone else has claimed your profile, you send the access request yourself, from your own Google account. We walk you through the steps.

You start the verification yourself, as the owner, because that's what Google requires. Google decides whether to accept the changes, verify the profile, reinstate it, give you back access, merge duplicate listings and remove a review. Google also decides how long it takes. That's why we don't promise results, and the timeframe in the diagnosis covers only our part of the work.

We can't delete reviews. We report them through Google's official process, and we can help you write a calm public reply.

Prices are from €49. In the diagnosis you get the fixed price and the timeframe for our part of the work, before we start.

Frequently asked questions

How much does the diagnosis cost, and what does it commit me to?
The diagnosis is free. Describe the problem on WhatsApp and within 24 hours we tell you what is broken, the fixed price and the timeframe. If you'd rather not go ahead, you owe nothing. If we can't see the cause from the outside, we tell you what access we need to find it, still at no cost.
What if the problem is bigger than a quick fix?
We tell you in the diagnosis. Before we start, you get a fixed price and timeframe for the whole job, and you decide whether we go ahead. We don't start anything or add costs without your agreement.
Someone else built my site, or it's on Wix or Shopify. Can you help?
We work on WordPress and on custom-built sites, whoever built them. On Wix, Shopify and other platforms, many settings can't be changed from the outside. We tell you in the diagnosis whether we can help, before you pay anything.
What access do you need, and how do I close it afterwards?
Usually a separate admin account created for us, or access to your hosting. We don't ask for your personal email password. After the fix, you delete the account or change the password, and our access is closed. If you're not sure how, we'll walk you through it step by step.
After the clean-up, when will the Google warning go away?
We can't promise a date. Once the site is clean, we ask Google for a review. The decision and the timing are up to Google. We keep you updated and let you know when the reply comes in. In the diagnosis we also tell you what's included if Google rejects the first request. If the warning comes from somewhere else, such as Microsoft Edge or an antivirus, we tell you that in the diagnosis too.
How do I stop it breaking again?
Many problems come from outdated plugins and themes or weak passwords, and having no backup makes them harder to fix. Monthly maintenance, from €29/month, covers updates, security, automatic backups, small changes and monitoring. It doesn't remove every risk, but it reduces it and lets us catch problems earlier.
Can you also add something small to my site, like the ANPC badge or a WhatsApp button?
Yes. One small change to an existing site comes under the quick fix, from €49. For example: the ANPC SAL badge for shops in Romania (and removing the old SOL link, which no longer works), a call or WhatsApp button, a Google map, a cookie banner that actually blocks tracking until the visitor agrees, a contact or booking form, legal pages, redirects, a professional email address on your domain, or a move to another host. For legal pages, we handle the technical side: the legal text comes from you or a lawyer, as we don't give legal advice. Integrations, such as online payments or tracking visits and conversions, can cost more than €49. You get the fixed price in the diagnosis. You pay third-party costs, such as an email subscription, a new hosting plan or payment processor fees, directly to the provider, and we tell you about them in the diagnosis too. If you already have monthly maintenance with us, we also tell you whether the change is covered. A new site, a redesign or a full online shop isn't part of this. We tell you so in the diagnosis and point you to our packages.
Can you help with my Google Business Profile?
Yes, with one specific problem, from €49: changing your address after a move, on the same profile, so you keep your reviews; a change of business name; wrong details; a suspended profile; reporting fake or abusive reviews; a profile claimed by someone else; verification problems; duplicate listings; or the short review link. You remain the owner of the profile and invite us as a manager, then remove us when we're done. You start the verification yourself, because that's what Google requires. We can't delete reviews: we report them through Google's official process and can help you write a calm public reply. Google decides on changes, verification, reinstatement, access, duplicates and review removal, and on how long they take. That's why we don't promise results, and the timeframe in the diagnosis covers only our part of the work.
