What we collect and why
When you fill in the contact form we collect: your name, email address, phone (optional) and your message.
We use them solely to answer your request and discuss a possible project. The legal basis is the legitimate interest of replying to an enquiry you started yourself.
We never use your data for advertising and never sell it.
How long we keep it
We keep incoming messages as long as needed to handle the conversation and, if you become a client, for the duration of our work together. You can request deletion at any time.
Who we share it with
The site is hosted on Vercel Inc. and messages are stored in a Neon database. They act as data processors under EU standards. We do not pass your data to any other third party.
Your rights (GDPR)
You have the right to access, correct, erase, restrict or port your data, and to object to processing. Email us and we'll handle it quickly.
If you're unhappy, you can contact your supervisory authority (e.g. CNIL in France, ANSPDCP in Romania).
Cookies
We use only strictly necessary cookies: one that remembers your chosen language (mpo_lang) and one for admin-panel login (mpo_admin). We use no tracking, analytics or marketing cookies — which is why you don't see a cookie banner.
