A barbershop and hair salon website in Piatra Neamț, built around your team

Piatra Neamț sits tight between Cozla, Pietricica and Cernegura, with short drives between Mărăței, Precista and the centre. For salons, that closeness cuts both ways: clients reach you easily, but they reach a salon two streets away just as easily when they can't find a slot. If you run a team of three or four, you actually have more free slots than it looks; it's just that nobody outside can see them.

That's because, in many salons, each barber or stylist takes their clients on a personal number, and the salon's diary ends up split across three or four phones. At MPO Web Studio we build a website that puts the whole team on display and gathers requests in one place, so no free slot stays hidden.

How it works

  1. 1We build you a free demo of your site
  2. 2You tell us what to change
  3. 3You pay only if you love it

If his barber is full, the next salon is a few minutes away

In Piatra Neamț, a town squeezed between hills, another salon is always close by. A client who wants a cut on Friday evening and finds his usual barber booked doesn't wait until Tuesday: he walks into someone on the next street and sometimes stays there. This is where your team can be an advantage the client never sees. If the website shows him, at the time he asked for, who else in the salon is free and what cuts that person has done, he stays with you, even if not in the same chair. A salon with three people on show loses its clients far less easily than one where everyone keeps the diary in their pocket.

The salon's diary, scattered across personal numbers

When each person on the team keeps their clients in their own chats, bookings never reach a salon diary. The stylist who is off on Tuesdays doesn't see that one of her clients has written; the barber who joined recently has empty hours, but nobody knows about him. The owner only notices the gaps when a chair stands unused. A well-planned website moves requests from personal numbers to the salon's name: the client picks the person and the time, and the message lands where the whole team can see it. No client gets lost for writing to the wrong number, and a newcomer gets bookings from the day he appears on the site.

The mockup goes past every person on the team first

You get the mockup for free, and it's not a generic example: it carries the salon's name, your services and a spot for every barber and stylist. You open it during a break and pass it from hand to hand. Everyone checks their prices, their days and the work chosen for them, and you gather all the notes into a single list, because one round of revisions is included in the price. We launch only when the team recognises itself on the page. Delivery takes a few days, prices start from 290 €, and if anything isn't working as it should after publication, we fix it under warranty during the first 7 days.

Frequently asked questions

I have an apprentice who cuts at a lower price. Should he be on the site too?+

Yes, and it's worth it. He gets his own card, with his own prices and an honest note that he's starting out. A client on a tight budget has an option with you instead of leaving, and the apprentice fills his hours and collects his first pieces for the gallery.

Who decides what stays on the site if people on the team disagree?+

You, as the owner. We collect the team's opinions into one list, send it to you and apply the version you approve, within the included round of revisions. That way we don't rebuild the page three times for three different opinions about the same photo.

Not everyone on the team wants their face on the site. Is that possible?+

It is. Anyone who doesn't want a photo appears with just a first name, speciality and a few pieces of work, or with a shot of their hands at work. This question usually comes up exactly when you show the mockup to the team, which is why it's better to settle it before launch, not after.

My barbers rent their chairs and work for themselves. Can one site still work?+

It can. The site stays under the salon's name, and each person has their own card, prices and schedule. Requests can go to the salon's number or straight to each person's WhatsApp; in the mockup we show you both options and you choose together, before launch.
