Website for a Private Kindergarten in Satu Mare
In Satu Mare, the parent looking for a private kindergarten rarely does it at nine in the morning from a desk. They do it once the child is asleep, phone in hand — many work shifts and get home late, and the decision happens right there in the kitchen, between two tired parents.
There is a second thing about this city: plenty of families speak Hungarian at home and write in Hungarian when they ask whether you still have a free place. If your page is slow on a phone and doesn't answer what they actually ask — hours, meals, who is allowed to collect the child — the family moves on to the next kindergarten on the list. At MPO Web Studio we build kindergarten pages that answer those questions on the first scroll.

How a Satu Mare family decides where the child goes
In a city this size, the first filter is the route. Parents check whether you sit on the way to work or two streets from the grandparents, because here it is often the grandparents who collect the child around three. The second filter is the timetable. Anyone working shifts, in production or on the other side of the border needs to know how late they can drop the child off and what happens if they are twenty minutes late. The teaching method only comes third. A site that puts the route, the hours and the pick-up rules up front, instead of hiding them on a “Contact” page, speaks in the same order the local family thinks.
What a parent must find on the site at the hour they get home
Parents ask the same things over and over, and when the answer isn't written anywhere, they call — or they stop calling. Put it on the site: the full timetable, extended hours included; the menu and how you handle allergies; how many children share a group; the teachers, with names and training; the pick-up rules, meaning who else may come for the child; and real photographs of the rooms and the yard, not stock images. Because part of the families here communicate in Hungarian, a Hungarian version of the page isn't a whim — it is the sign that they are expected. Above all of it, a WhatsApp button: the parent writes at night, you answer in the morning.
What the parent who just got home finds at eleven at night
That is exactly where our way of working fits in. We build the mock-up of your site first — free, carrying your kindergarten's name, your groups and your hours — and you receive it as a link, seen the way that parent will see it: on a phone, at night, on mobile data. You approve it or you don't; until then you have paid nothing. If we go further, a kindergarten site is ready in a few working days rather than months, and prices start from 290 € for a single page and from 490 € for a presentation site with separate pages. One round of changes is included, and in the first 7 days after publishing we fix anything you flag. We talk it all through on WhatsApp, so you can reply between two shifts.
Frequently asked questions
Parents write to us in Hungarian, but we keep the paperwork and the forms in Romanian. How do we reconcile that on the site?+
We separate what has to be read from what has to be signed. The pages the family reads — timetable, menu, pick-up rules, contact — we build in both languages, and the enrolment form carries its labels in the language the parent has chosen, so no field gets filled in wrongly. The documents that go on into the file stay in their official form, in Romanian, and we write that plainly next to the button, so nobody is caught out at enrolment. The messages reach you the same way, whichever language they were written in.
Are we allowed to publish photographs of the children in our groups?+
Only with the parents' written consent, and even then we advise against full exposure. In practice this works well: the public part shows the rooms, the yard, the materials and the team, while photos from activities go into a password-protected area only parents can reach. We prepare the structure both ways and you choose.
We are a kindergarten with two groups. What does a site we can genuinely afford cost?+
A presentation site for a small kindergarten starts from 490 € and covers the essential pages: introduction, daily programme, team, fees and enrolment. If you'd rather begin with a single page, that one starts from 290 €. It only grows if you add things on top — a password area for parents, a second language, separate pages for the nursery or the after-school. We give you the exact figure together with the mock-up, not afterwards.
All our places are taken this year. Do we still need a website?+
Yes, for two reasons. First, the waiting list for next year is being built right now, and a form collects those enrolments instead of losing them in messages. Second, good teachers check you out before they send a CV. A kindergarten that looks well kept online finds staff more easily than one nobody can find anything about.
