Website for a Private Kindergarten in Târgoviște, With the Monthly Fee Broken Down Line by Line

In Târgoviște, “do you have a place?” is almost always followed by “and all in, how much is it a month?”. The parent isn't asking about the figure on the poster at the gate, but about the money that actually leaves the house: meals, optional activities, supplies at the start of the year, the ticket for the trip to Curtea Domnească, the costume for the Christmas show. Ask three kindergartens and you get three answers that can't be set side by side, because each one counts differently.

The kindergarten that breaks the sum into pieces earns trust before the visit. At MPO Web Studio we build websites for private kindergartens and after-school programs in Târgoviște where money is explained as clearly as the daily schedule, so the parents who message you on WhatsApp already know what they'll pay.

  3. 3You pay only if you love it

Three kindergartens, three fees that can't be compared

In a city the size of Târgoviște, parents tell each other what they pay: on the paths of Parcul Chindia, outside the dance class, at a groupmate's birthday party. Except that a lower fee on the poster can turn out higher by the end of the month. In one place meals are included, in another they're added per day; here English is part of the programme, there an outside teacher comes in and charges separately; one kindergarten keeps the child until six at no extra cost, another bills the hour after closing. When nobody breaks the sum down, parents compare posters, not kindergartens, and often head for the place that only looks cheaper. Whoever puts the full calculation in plain view turns the conversation on the park path in their favour.

A kindergarten year, counted from autumn to summer

A parent in Târgoviște isn't scared of a large sum they've known about since September; they're upset by a small one that arrives as a surprise in April. That's why they don't do the maths for a month, but for the whole year. Autumn brings enrolment and supplies, then the optional activities that start in October. December brings the costume and the gift for the show. In spring, when it warms up, the oldest group climbs Turnul Chindiei or sees a play at the town theatre, and every outing has its own ticket. Summer brings the question everyone puts off: is the holiday month paid in full, by half or not at all? A kindergarten that lays out its year like this, month by month, shows that it knows exactly what it asks for and when.

In the mock-up, your fee appears broken down line by line

The mock-up we build for you free of charge has a money page laid out in three columns: what the monthly sum covers, what gets added on top and what's charged once a year. You send us the list as you have it — even a photo of the sheet on the notice board — and we rewrite it clearly, with short notes where needed: whether meals are counted by the month or by the day, who collects payment for dance or English, how a price rise is announced. We apply the same rule to our own money. Prices start at €290, and what's included you get in writing: the texts, a single round of revisions, publishing within a few days, plus a 7-day guarantee from launch. Anything that would come on top — an extra page, a second language — you also learn in writing, before you say yes, not from the invoice.

Frequently asked questions

Our fee goes up in September. How do we announce it on the site without scaring the parents who are already with us?+

Put both amounts on the page, with the date the new fee applies from and one sentence on the reason — an extra teacher, a new meal supplier, whatever is true. Current parents will find out anyway; it's better they read it from you, with the explanation next to it, than hear it at the gate. You edit that line yourself, and after the announced date you delete the old amount.

We offer a discount for a second child from the same family. Is it worth showing openly?+

Yes, and as high up as possible. A family with two children does exactly the maths that a fee shown without context hides, and for them the discount can decide between you and the kindergarten next to their block. Write it simply — how much comes off and from which month — and say whether it also applies when the older sibling only attends after-school. It's one line that brings messages from exactly the right parents.

We charge an enrolment fee that isn't refunded if the family withdraws. Do we put it on the site or leave it for the contract?+

Put it on the site, next to the monthly amount, with one sentence on what it covers — the paperwork, holding the place, the first month's supplies — and the refund rule exactly as it appears in the contract. A parent easily accepts a non-refundable sum they read about in advance; they dispute it when they discover it at signing. And you no longer have to explain at the table, pen in hand, why that money stays with the kindergarten.

Is the fees page included in the €290 starter package, or is it an extra page?+

It's included. Even a one-page site, from €290, has room for a well-organised fees section, and on a multi-page site it gets a page of its own. The exact sum for the option you choose comes in writing together with the mock-up, so you read it with the finished work in front of you. If you want something extra along the way, we tell you what it costs before we start on it.
