Online Shop Development for Retailers in Deva
Deva is a town of short distances and buyers who check. Anyone who sees one of your products online and isn't sure about the shade or the size can walk through the centre, below the Citadel hill, or come over from Simeria or Hunedoara to see it in person. And at the shelf it's instantly clear whether the picture on the website showed your goods or came from the supplier — shot in a studio, on an item that never passed through Deva.
Whether people buy, and whether they come back, depends on that match. At MPO Web Studio, the shops we build for Deva retailers put on screen exactly the product on the shelf, photographed at your place.

Between Deva, Simeria and Hunedoara, the customers are one and the same
For a Deva retailer, the market doesn't end at the town's exit sign. Simeria is a few minutes away, Hunedoara close by, Orăștie and Hațeg not too far, and many people travel between them every day: to work, to school, to the county hospital, to the institutions of the county seat. Someone from Hunedoara who works in Deva walks past your window twice a day and still only comes in if they already know what they're looking for. Someone from Orăștie won't make the trip just for you. But both of them check their phones, and when they find your goods there, with prices and pictures that match reality, they decide in advance whether to order by courier or pick it up the next time they're in Deva.
Between Deva and Hunedoara, the photo has to pass the shelf test
In a town where the customer can reach the shelf in a few minutes, the picture on the website doesn't stay a distant promise. The person who saw a jacket on their phone in the evening and drops by the next day, on the way from Hunedoara to work, holds it up against what they remember from the screen. If the shade is different, if the model on the shelf has a different zip, if the box says something other than the photo, they don't leave an angry comment from hundreds of kilometres away: they tell you to your face, at the counter, often with other customers around. And in the evening, the story reaches the colleagues they commute with. For a Deva retailer, a catalogue photo that doesn't look like the goods on the shelf isn't just a weaker image, but an unpleasant conversation booked in advance. One taken at your place, of the item actually sitting in the shop, passes this test without you having to think about it.
Every image in the shop is of your goods, taken at your place
The demo costs you nothing and starts from a few photos you take in your shop with your phone. We send you a short guide beforehand, designed for the shelf test: for each product, one clean picture, one taken right on your shelf with the Romanian label in view, and one next to an object everyone has at home, so the size is clear. We arrange them in the catalogue in a consistent order, but without turning them into studio shots: the customer from Simeria has to recognise in your shop exactly what they saw on the screen. The link comes on WhatsApp; when you open it, you see what your shelf looks like on screen. Then comes a single round of corrections, then the launch, and for a whole week — 7 days — we fix anything that doesn't work, free of charge. Our team is in Cluj-Napoca, everything is done online, and we give you the amount in writing right from the start.
Frequently asked questions
I have the same model in several colours. Do I photograph each colour separately?+
Yes, for colours that look different, even if the model is the same. When the customer picks a shade, the image changes with it, so they know exactly what they're getting. That's how you avoid the classic return, “I thought it was lighter”, especially with clothes, textiles and home decor, where a screen always deceives a little.
My goods arrive sealed, in boxes. What do I show if I can't open the packaging?+
You show the box from every side, the label with the details in Romanian and, if you have one, an opened item you keep for display. Next to them, a picture of the box in someone's hand or on the counter says more about size than any written dimension. The person from Hunedoara ordering from you wants to recognise the parcel when the courier brings it.
My supplier asks me to use only their official images. Can I add my own photos too?+
It depends on what your distribution contract says, so that's where you look first. If the official images are mandatory, we use them as the main ones, and your photos appear alongside as proof that the product is in stock at your shop in Deva, as far as the agreement allows. Where there's no such condition, your photos go up front and the supplier's stay as technical detail.
If I send raw photos, is cleaning them up and matching them charged separately?+
For the products uploaded at launch, bringing the photos to a common format is part of the job and is included in the amount we give you in writing. Only special requests are charged separately, such as complex retouching or a shoot with a professional photographer, if you choose to have one. You find out what's included and what isn't at the start, not along the way.
