An Online Store in Reșița With Product Pages You Can Rely On

Reșița grew up around blast furnaces and machine works, and you can feel it when people shop. Many people here spent a working life with tolerances, materials and parts that had to fit to the millimetre, so a nice photo isn't enough for them: they want to know what the thing is made of, how big it is, what comes in the box and what doesn't.

On top of that, the town stretches along the Bârzava valley, and beyond it the county climbs quickly into the mountains. A parcel leaving your shop often goes to someone who has a job to finish and can't afford a second attempt. At MPO Web Studio we build stores for Reșița traders in which every product page states plainly what the buyer finds when they open the package.

  3. 3You pay only if you love it

A town of tradespeople reads a product page like a technical drawing

Anyone who has worked at a lathe, in a foundry or at a drawing board doesn't buy a shelf, a tool or a spare part by how it looks in a photo. They ask about thickness, material, how much load it takes, which model it fits. In your shop they get the answers on the spot, product in hand. Online, the same questions hang in the air if the page has only a title and a picture, and people here don't guess: they either phone you or close the page and look for a seller who listed the measurements. It isn't fussiness; it's the habit of a town that built locomotives and turbines. A store that wants to sell to them has to speak in product data, not adjectives.

In Anina or Oravița, the wrong part stops a job

Some of the people who would order from you don't live near the centre of Reșița. Some are in the long neighbourhoods down the valley, others in Bocșa, Anina, Oravița or the villages of the Banat Mountains. Many aren't shopping for fun, but for a job already under way: a pipe to replace, a shelf to fix to the wall, a tool that broke halfway through the work. For that person, a product that isn't what they thought doesn't just mean a box to send back, but a job on hold, a lost day and another order to wait for. That's why, here, the real damage isn't a delivery mistake but the misunderstanding before the order. It can be fixed once, on the product page — not on every parcel that comes back.

A product page written like the inventory of the box

When we build your store, every product gets a description in the order in which the buyer unpacks the parcel: what's in the box, item by item; what isn't included and has to be bought separately — batteries, screws, an adapter; the real measurements, packaging included, and the weight; the material and what it fits. Next to the text we put a photo of the entire contents laid out on a table, not just the assembled product from the catalogue. We build the demo for free, with three or four of your products described exactly this way, so you can set it beside what you would have written and see the difference. If something doesn't sound like your shop, you get a single round of revisions, and after launch a 7-day warranty. We work remotely from Cluj-Napoca, everything over WhatsApp, and the store usually goes live within a few days of you approving the demo.

Frequently asked questions

I sell parts and accessories that only fit certain models. How do I avoid orders for things that won't fit?+

Every product gets a clearly written compatibility list — fits this and this, doesn't fit that — plus the measurement buyers can check themselves with a tape measure before ordering. If you have several similar variants, we place them side by side with the difference highlighted. Wrong orders don't vanish completely, but they become the exception.

My supplier sometimes sends the same product with different accessories in the box. What do we write then?+

We write what is certain to be in every box and mark separately what may vary from one batch to the next, with a simple line such as “may also contain…”. When new stock arrives, you open one box, check it and update the list in a minute from the panel. A buyer who knows in advance what may vary doesn't feel cheated when they open the parcel.

I also have opened-and-resealed products or ones with a dented box. Is it worth putting them in the online store?+

Yes, as long as you describe them honestly. We create a separate category for them, with photos of the actual flaw rather than of a perfect unit, and a note about what happened to the packaging and what warranty the product carries. For some buyers they are the best deal in the store, and an accurate description keeps them away from returns.

Some products I sell both singly and as a set. How do I show clearly what's included in each?+

Each variant gets its own line, with the number of pieces written in the title, not just in the description, and a photo of the complete set laid out as it comes out of the box. The price per piece sits next to the price of the set, so buyers can compare for themselves. That way you no longer get an order from someone who thought the whole set came at the price of one piece.
