Online Store Website in Suceava, with Every Order in One Place

Many shop owners in Suceava learned to sell on Facebook long before they thought about a website. The page works: you post new stock, people share it, and messages arrive from Burdujeni and Obcini, but also from Rădăuți, from Vatra Dornei, or from someone elsewhere in the country for whom “from Bucovina” already says something about the goods. The trouble isn't that nobody asks. The trouble is that every request turns into a conversation, and the conversations pile up on top of each other.

Your page already reaches far; what it lacks is a place where the order of someone in Câmpulung or at the other end of the country is written once, in full, by their own hand, and waits for you in a list, not in the fortieth message thread. That's what MPO Web Studio does for Suceava merchants, and it all starts with a free demo version, built on your own goods.

In Suceava, a post travels far while the order gets lost close to home

A post from a Suceava shop rarely stays in town. A neighbour in Ițcani shares it, a relative in Fălticeni sees it, it reaches someone in Câmpulung Moldovenesc who would never in their life have walked down your street. For a shop's page, that's a success. For the person who has to reply, it's a tangle: each of them asks again about the price, the size, whether you ship by courier and what delivery costs to their place. Some write in the comments, some in private, some just call. The ones far away can't drop by to see the goods, so they need more answers, not fewer. The further the post travels, the more the questions come from people who have never seen you at the counter and who, by the time they get an answer, have had time to find the same thing elsewhere.

How a single order breaks into five pieces

Take an ordinary order. On Thursday evening a woman from Gura Humorului writes: she wants the model in the photo, but in another colour. You send two pictures, she says she'll think about it. On Friday she comes back with the size, on Saturday she sends the address, and her phone number she left in a comment under a different post. Meanwhile thirty more people have written, and her thread has sunk beneath all of them. By Monday you're no longer sure whether she said cash on delivery or bank transfer, and the colour she wanted you sold over the counter on Saturday at noon, to a customer from Burdujeni. Nobody got it wrong on purpose; the order was simply torn into five pieces kept in five different places. In the weeks before the holidays, when everyone buys at once, the story repeats ten times a day.

Every order reaches you in one piece, not stitched together from chats

What we build for you is, above all, a place where the order is filled in all at once. The customer picks the product and the variant, enters name, phone and address, and ticks how they'll pay and how they want the parcel delivered. It all reaches you together, in a list with statuses — new, confirmed, shipped — that you open on your phone. When the woman from Gura Humorului comes back with a question, you don't have to search for anything: her order is there, complete, with the colour, size, address and payment method she chose herself. To show you what it looks like, we prepare a free demo with a few of your products; it includes the order panel with a handful of sample orders already in, so you can see an ordinary day without a single message to dig through. If it convinces you, you get one round of revisions, going live usually takes a few days, and the first 7 days after launch are covered by warranty. We're based in Cluj-Napoca and talk with you on WhatsApp.

Frequently asked questions

I announce new stock on Facebook first. Do I have to add it twice, on the page and in the store?+

No. You add it once, in the store, and on your page you share the product's link; the photo shows up in the post by itself. Whoever clicks lands straight on the product, with the price and the order button. That way price and stock live in one place: if you change something in the store, the link in the old post already leads to the new version.

Some people message me from profiles without a real name. How do I know who actually ordered?+

An order in the store doesn't go through without a name, phone number, email and delivery address. The customer gets a confirmation email with everything they chose, and you have their details gathered in one place, ready to write on the parcel. If you want to be sure, you call once before shipping, on the number they gave themselves.

Under my posts, many people just write “want” or “pm”. How do I send them to the store without typing the same message every time?+

Every product has its own link, and in your page's app you can save a ready-made reply that contains it; you send it in two taps. The person lands straight on the product, picks the variant and orders on their own, and you find the order in the list, not among the comments. Anyone with a real question, about a measurement or a colour, still gets your answer, just as before.

On Facebook I sell without spending anything. How do I judge whether a store is worth the money?+

Count one week: how many conversations you started, how many ended in a sale and how many died along the way. Building the store is paid for once; only the domain and hosting remain, which we list separately. You get the exact sum in writing before any work starts, and you see the demo for free, so you do the maths on something concrete.
