Online Store for Retailers in Târgoviște, with Orders Ready to Pack
Târgoviște takes its name from the târg — the marketplace, where goods passed from the merchant's hand to the buyer's, with both of them present. For many retailers in the city, today's marketplace has two halves: the day, at the counter, and the evening, at a table in the back of the shop, with boxes, tape and the parcels that have to be closed before the courier comes by.
At the counter, a mistake shows up on the spot: the customer looks into the bag and tells you. At the packing table, nobody corrects you anymore — you only find out two days later, when the parcel comes back or an unhappy customer calls. The MPO Web Studio team builds online stores for retailers in Târgoviște and the rest of Dâmbovița in which every order reaches that table already written out in full, and you see the first version for free.

From Fieni to Titu, every parcel has its own story
Dâmbovița is a county stretched between mountain and plain, from Fieni and Pucioasa, at the foot of the hills, down to Găești and Titu, with Târgoviște somewhere in between. A retailer here who also sells beyond their own counter closes, on the same evening, parcels for very different places: one goes to a house on the hill, another to a block of flats in Găești, a third stays in town, to be picked up the next day. Each has a different way of paying, a different amount to collect at the door, a different address to write on the label and, sometimes, a note of its own — a dedication, an hour when someone is home. With ten parcels on the table, all these differences have to be kept in mind at once, by a single person, at the end of a day at the counter. The mistakes don't come from carelessness, but from too many things that differ from one parcel to the next.
The packing table, where the money gets lost
A wrong parcel costs twice: once for the return shipping, and again for the customer who doesn't order anymore. For a retailer in Târgoviște who handles both the shop and the shipments alone, the mistakes always look the same. A colour confused with another order's. A cash-on-delivery amount worked out with last month's price. The dedication for a birthday, left on a slip of paper that is no longer next to the box. A parcel sent to last year's address, because that's how it was written in the notebook. None of this is fixed by a prettier shop window. It's fixed where the information is gathered, so that in the evening you no longer search for anything and simply put in the box what's written on the sheet. That, in the end, is the job of an online store for someone who already sells at a distance.
What the order email says, line by line
Every order reaches your inbox as a packing sheet, in the order you actually work. At the top, the products, each with a small image, the chosen variant (size, colour, model) and the quantity. Then the price at the moment of ordering, shipping and the total. How the customer pays and, for cash on delivery, the exact amount the courier collects. The delivery method, the full address, the phone number and, at the end, the customer's note: a dedication, “ring at the gate”, the hour they're home. The sheet can be printed and placed on top of the box, and the customer gets a copy, so they know what they're about to open. For the demo, which costs you nothing, we place a sample order ourselves with your products and send you the resulting email; if a line is missing, we add it in the single round of revisions. You get the amount for the complete store in writing before we start, the guarantee is 7 days from launch, and a small catalogue is online within a few days. We talk on WhatsApp; we work from Cluj-Napoca, without asking you to travel anywhere.
Frequently asked questions
Some products I personalise, with a name or a dedication. Where does the customer note what they want?+
On the product page, in a field that appears only on customisable items, with the character limit you choose. Whatever the customer writes there goes into the order and the email, attached to that product's line, so you don't mix it up with the dedication for another parcel. If it's mandatory, the order can't go out without it.
The courier comes by at a fixed time. How do I tell apart the orders that arrive later?+
Every order in the list shows the time it came in and a status you change with a tap: new, prepared, handed to the courier. Before the van comes by, you filter “prepared” and see exactly which parcels need to be closed on the table; orders that arrive after it leaves stay under “new”, and you find them first the next day. Nothing gets mixed up between today's batch and tomorrow's.
I see some people put products in the basket and leave. Can I find out who they were?+
Only partly, and that's how it should be. Visitors who left no details stay anonymous; you only see which products are often abandoned, frequently a sign that shipping or sizes aren't explained well enough. Whoever reached checkout and agreed to receive messages can get a single email reminder. We don't push beyond that: a pestered customer doesn't come back.
In the evening I want all the day's orders on a single sheet, to keep next to the parcels. Is that possible?+
Yes. In the order list you tick today's orders and print a summary sheet: first, how many units of each product to take off the shelf, then the orders one below the other, each with its address. You gather the goods once, not ten times, and at the end you check that the number of sealed parcels matches the paper.
