From what you already have: a product list, the prices and photos taken with your phone. We sort them into categories, write the descriptions and show you how to add a new product yourself. You do not need complicated inventory software to start; you need the first products to be set up properly, and the rest goes in at your own pace.
Where does an order land if somebody buys at midnight?+
It arrives by email and, if you want, as a notification on your phone, with everything already filled in: product, quantity, address, phone number, delivery method. In the morning you open a list instead of twenty conversations. The customer gets an automatic confirmation, so you no longer have to wake up just to reassure them.
How many changes can I ask for after I see the mockup?+
We go through the mockup together and you gather everything you want changed into one single round of revisions: text, photos, the order of categories, colours. That gets us to the final version without circling for weeks. If something turns up after launch, we tell you plainly whether it falls under the seven-day warranty or counts as separate work.
