Guesthouse Website Design in Alba Iulia, with a Page for Groups
On the map, Alba Iulia sits between Cluj, Sibiu and Deva, which makes it a handy meeting point for friends scattered across different cities since school or university. One leaves Cluj on Friday after work, another arrives from Sibiu on Saturday morning, a third comes from further away with the kids in tow. They need a house where everyone fits and where they can stay up together without disturbing anyone.
For a group like that, a guesthouse taken whole beats any hotel in the centre: the yard is theirs, the long table is theirs, and the evening does not end at other guests' quiet hour. But the person organising it does not search like a lone tourist. They want to see the house as a whole, not room by room, and a price they can split between everyone.

How it works
- 1We build you a free demo of your site
- 2You tell us what to change
- 3You pay only if you love it
The citadel, the hills and a spot halfway for everyone
Ten-year school reunions, round-number birthdays, stag and hen weekends, old dorm roommates meeting up again — they all need a place everyone can agree on. Alba Iulia keeps everyone happy with little effort: nobody drives a whole day, and the town has something for those who do not want to stay in the yard all weekend. On Saturday afternoon the group walks the walls of the Alba Carolina Citadel, in the evening it comes back to the guesthouse, and on Sunday some head to the vineyard hills around the town, others to the Apuseni Mountains or to the Transalpina, which climbs from the Sebeș area. On 1 December, when the city fills up, anyone who wants to catch the parade books early. In every one of these cases the question is not “do you have a free room?” but “will all of us fit at your place?”.
The one who collects the money from the whole gang
Every group has one person who handles everything. They find the house, pitch it to their friends, gather the yeses and, in the end, the money. From the moment they say “I've found something”, they answer for everything that follows: who sleeps with whom, which is why they want to know how many double and single beds the house has; how much each person pays, which is why they look for the price of the whole house per night, not of a single room; whether anyone else will be in the house that weekend and until what time people can sit outside. Every question left unanswered sends them back to the gang, and every day of waiting is a chance for two of them to drop out. When your page settles all of that, the organiser is no longer caught between friends and host, and you receive a request that is already decided, not a string of questions.
The first page shows the whole house, not the room
When we prepare your free demo, we start from the house, not from the rooms. The first page shows the guesthouse as a whole: how many people sleep in it, how the beds are split between rooms, which spaces are shared and what stays for the group alone. Next to it we add a separate request for whole weekends, where the organiser writes how many are coming, from which day and who arrives later, and the message reaches you on WhatsApp ready to answer. Rooms booked one at a time stay on the site for your other guests; they simply no longer stand in the way of groups. You can open a finished accommodation site we built at /demo/turism at any time; your demo will have your house in it. Prices start from 290€, the site is ready in a few days, one round of revisions is yours, and for 7 days after launch we fix anything that does not work, free of charge. All of it happens at a distance; our base is Cluj-Napoca.
Frequently asked questions
I also host regular guests, not just groups. How do I avoid losing a whole-house booking because of a single room booked early?+
With a rule you decide on and write on the page: weekends stay reserved for groups until, say, three weeks ahead, and after that the rooms are also let separately. Someone looking for a single room understands why a Saturday a month away isn't confirmed yet, and the organiser knows until when they have a shot at the whole house. That way a couple who wrote first no longer blocks a booking for ten people.
The organiser asks me how much it comes to per person. Do I put the price per person or per house on the site?+
Per house, because that's what you rent out, and underneath three lines: what it comes to per person if eight, ten or twelve come. The price of the house stays the same even if only eight of ten turn up, and the organiser sees that before collecting the money, not after. If you have a minimum number of people below which you don't let the whole house, write it right under the price.
Around 1 December several groups ask me for the same nights. How do I choose without drowning in messages?+
Say up front, on the whole-house page, how you choose: for example, groups that take every night of the long weekend come first, and you close requests for 1 December on a set date in October. Organisers know why they didn't get the house and don't feel passed over, and you choose by a rule you've announced, not by who insisted most. To those left out you can offer a weekend in November, when the house is free and the town quiet.
Can I start with the simple site, from 290€, and add the whole-house page later?+
Yes. The starter version can already include a short section for groups, with how many people the house sleeps and their own request form. If you see whole weekends bring in the most money, we later turn it into a standalone page, priced in writing before we start. You do not pay now for something you do not yet know you need.
