Website for a Guesthouse or B&B in Bacău
In Bacău, rooms fill up because your name gets passed along. Someone stayed with you, liked it, and mentions you at work, among relatives, or in the phone group where a christening or a class reunion is being arranged. Except the person who receives the name doesn't call straight away. First they look you up, in the evening, on their phone as well.
That is where the chain either holds or breaks. If they find the rooms as they really are, the price per night and a number that gets answered, a kind word turns into a booking with you. If they find one old photo in a listing and nothing else, they go back to the accommodation list and pick whatever they can see more clearly — even though it was you they heard praised.

Who ends up at a Bacău guesthouse, and on what occasion
In summer and around the holidays come the families back home from far away, with relatives on top of them and a need for extra rooms several nights in a row. The rest of the year it's people here on business, staying Monday to Thursday and asking about a corner of a table where they can work and an internet connection that holds a call to the end. Over all of it lie the roads towards Slănic-Moldova, towards Târgu Ocna and towards the villages along the Trotuș, where your guesthouse is the place to sleep between two days of getting about. Three different kinds of guests, but nearly all of them arrive with a name they heard from someone, not from an advert.
What the person who just got your name checks first
Nobody takes a recommendation on trust; they verify it — and they do it in two minutes, on a phone. They don't type “accommodation in Bacău”, they type the name of the guesthouse, exactly as they heard it. They look at whether the place still exists and matches the description, whether the photos are of your rooms or taken from somewhere else, whether it clearly states how many people each room sleeps and what a night costs, whether there is someone to write to at that hour. When it all matches what they were told, the person who praised you is proven right and the booking happens on the spot. When it's missing, the guest doesn't suspect you of anything — they simply pick whatever is easier to verify.
Your mockup, judged through the eyes of someone who just heard about you
We don't ask you to go on promises. We build the mockup of your guesthouse first — with your name, your rooms and your surroundings, not an empty model — and you open it exactly the way someone will who was given your name last night. At /demo/turism you'll find an example of an accommodation site we built, as a starting point. If the mockup says the same thing about you as the people who send you guests, we carry on; if not, you found that out without spending a leu. The price begins at 290€ and includes one round of revisions, just the one; the site goes live in days, and we stay in touch on WhatsApp, from Cluj-Napoca.
Frequently asked questions
My name gets passed around, but whoever looks me up in the evening finds nothing. What should they see first?+
The first thing has to be proof that the place is real and it's yours: two or three photos of the rooms as they are now, not six years ago, the name of the guesthouse written the same way everywhere, and a number you actually answer. Only then the rooms, with how many people they sleep and what a night costs. In that order, the person who heard your name confirms what they were told and moves straight on to the dates.
People here on business with the firms in town stay Monday to Thursday and come back month after month. What keeps them with me?+
The fact that the second time they look for nothing at all. Write clearly what matters over a working week: that breakfast can be had at seven, that there is somewhere to wash a shirt, that there is a corner of a table and internet that carries a call to the end, that the invoice can be made out to the company. Put a rate for four nights in a row on the page as well, written down, not asked for over the phone. Someone who comes back three times a year is worth ten one-night guests, and is usually the one who passes your name on to colleagues.
The people who recommend me always say it's clean and quiet at my place. How does that show on a page?+
It shows through photos and small details, not adjectives. Pictures taken in the morning, in aired rooms, with the beds as you hand them over; one photo of the yard and one of the view from the window; a line about what you hear at night and one about breakfast. Add two or three comments you received from guests, exactly as they were written. They do more than ten lines of praise written by you.
I have five rooms and I run the place with my family. What sum does a page start from that I can pass on without worrying?+
For a guesthouse this size — a single page, with the rooms, the surroundings and a booking request — we start from 290€; a presentation site, with separate pages, starts from 490€. You don't need a booking engine from day one: with five rooms, a message button and a phone you answer cover everything. The final figure comes with the mockup, so you have it in front of you before any decision.
