Website for a Guesthouse in Brașov

Whoever books a guesthouse in Brașov is really choosing between three places at once: the city below, Poiana and the villages along the road to Bran. They come from another county, hundreds of kilometres away, and pick a house they have never seen and a host nobody around them can vouch for. In the listings, rooms resemble one another to the point of confusion: the same bed, the same white duvet, the same window with a mountain in it.

In winter people head up to Poiana and to Predeal, in summer they set out on Tâmpa, towards Piatra Mare or towards Râșnov, and in between there are short weekends decided on a Thursday evening. Every time, the decision is made without a good word from anyone they know. All you have left is what you manage to show on a screen — and there, a guesthouse without a website has very little to say.

How it works

  1. 1We build you a free demo of your site
  2. 2You tell us what to change
  3. 3You pay only if you love it

What someone who has never been on your street checks first

Adjectives don't interest them; the things they can't find out any other way do. How long it takes from you to the gondola lift and how long to Piața Sfatului, by car and on foot. What the street looks like in February — if you are in Schei or on Drumul Poienii, the climb weighs more than the kilometres — and whether you can park by the gate or leave the car below. Whether the room is genuinely warm, not just “central heating”. What time they can arrive, since they leave after work and reach town around eleven. What can be heard at night and who else stays in the house. Every one of those, written nowhere, becomes a message they send you — or, more often, the reason they pick someone else who did write it down.

Photos and directions, the only proof they have before arriving

A stay is chosen on two things the guest can verify alone: how it looks and where it is. We give every room its own place, with photos taken in good light, bathroom and yard included, plus the real view from the window rather than a borrowed shot from above the city. We add access explained for someone arriving for the first time, with the landmark where they turn and the minutes left from there. We put rates by season, so nobody has to request a quote just to learn a price. And under each room sits a button that opens WhatsApp with the details already filled in, so nobody writes from scratch at eleven at night.

What we put in place of the friend who could have recommended you

In Brașov a guest doesn't reach you through a recommendation, so the website has to do that work alone: show the place whole and honestly, without hiding the steep stairs or the smaller room. That's why you get the mockup first, free. On /demo/turism you can see how we build for accommodation, and your version we prepare with the name of your house and what you actually have to show — you look at it exactly the way a stranger searching on a Friday evening would. If it doesn't convince you, you've paid nothing. If it does, we carry on: from 290€, delivery in days, one round of revisions included and 7 days of guarantee once the site is live. We talk on WhatsApp, with no travelling and no long meetings.

Frequently asked questions

I'm in Schei, on a street that climbs and is hard to find in winter. How do I explain the way once and for all?+

We build an access section that describes the route from two directions — from Piața Sfatului, through Poarta Schei, and from above, down from Poiana on Drumul Poienii — with the landmark where you turn, how many minutes remain from there and how the street behaves under snow. We add the map, the parking spot and a photo of your gate, so people recognise the place from the car. Someone who arrives calm leaves a very different review from someone who circled for a quarter of an hour.

Every guesthouse looks the same in the listings. What can I put on a site that I have nowhere to put on a platform?+

Everything that doesn't fit a listing template: the story of the house, the host in plain view, what breakfast looks like, what there is to do nearby in bad weather, the rules in your own words, terms for longer stays. On a platform you're one line in a long list; on your own site you're the only one on the page, and the guest ends up feeling they've already spoken with you.

I have good reviews collected over years. Can I bring them onto my own site?+

Yes. We pick a few that say different things — cleanliness, quiet, welcome, breakfast — and place them next to the rooms they refer to, with the name and the period. We also link the site to your Google profile, so anyone who wants the full list gets there in one click. For a guest with nobody to ask about you, that is the closest thing to a recommendation.

I'm no good at writing. Who produces the text for the rooms and the contact page?+

We write it. You tell us on WhatsApp, in your own words, what each room has, what guests like about it and what they ask you most often, and we turn that into pages. You read them in the mockup, and if you want them different we rewrite them in the included round of revisions. You don't have to send us anything polished in advance.
