Guesthouse Website Design in Călărași
Călărași isn't a town where tourists stay for a week. Rooms at a guesthouse here fill up differently: with people in town on business during the week, with anglers arriving on Friday evening for the Borcea and the arms of the Danube, with travellers who take the ferry from Chiciu to Ostrov and then drive on through Dobrogea or cross the border at Silistra. And there's one more kind of guest, whom many guesthouses host without ever mentioning it: the invited guest.
A christening with a few dozen people, a 50th birthday, an 18th birthday party. Celebrations for which a family isn't looking for a big hall, but for a pleasant courtyard, a long table and a few rooms for relatives coming from far away.

In Călărași, Saturday brings invited guests, not tourists
Many of a Călărași guesthouse's weekend guests didn't choose the town; they were invited: to a nephew's christening, a cousin's birthday, the 18th birthday of a friend's son. They come from Bucharest and from the villages of the county and stay the night so they don't have to drive after the party. For them, the room and the table are one decision, made by someone else — the child's parents or whoever is celebrating. The guesthouse that hosts both the party and the overnight guests takes two worries off the same family at once, and gets both bookings.
Too small for a wedding hall, too big for the living room
A mother planning a christening searches on her phone once the baby is asleep, and finds halls designed for weddings with hundreds of guests, long menus and prices to match. She needs something else: a table under a roof, a quiet room where the baby can sleep while the party goes on, permission to bring the cake from her own pastry shop. There are guesthouses in Călărași that offer exactly this, but online they appear only as places to sleep. She doesn't look for them there, so she calls them last, if at all. And the free date in your courtyard stays empty.
Christenings and small birthdays on their own page, not among the rooms
In the demo, which you don't pay for, small celebrations aren't tucked into a paragraph at the bottom. They get their own page, separate from the rooms: how many guests fit at the table, what the courtyard and the hall look like, what can be cooked, what the family brings from home, how late people can stay, and how many rooms are free for those staying the night. A mother looking for a christening venue lands right there and writes to you on WhatsApp with the date and the number of guests. /demo/turism shows a guesthouse site we've already delivered. The price starts from 290€, you get one round of revisions, delivery takes days rather than weeks, and anything that goes wrong within 7 days of going live we fix free of charge. We work from Cluj-Napoca; we meet only on WhatsApp.
Frequently asked questions
I hold christenings in the courtyard. What do I write on the page for a rainy day?+
The truth, with photos. If you have a gazebo, a marquee or a hall the table can move into, show the place and say how many people fit there. If you don't, say so openly and write what you suggest for a rainy day, so the family doesn't find out on the morning of the christening. An answer written in advance reassures more than any photo taken in the sun.
Many want to bring their own cake and drinks. How do I write the rule without looking stingy?+
Simply and openly: what can be brought, what can't, and whether there's a charge for it. A line like “you bring the cake, we keep it chilled” says everything and sounds friendly. It's vagueness that sours things: a family that finds out on the day of the party that drinks brought from home are charged won't be back for the next christening.
At birthdays, a few guests stay the night with us. How do I link the party page to the rooms?+
On the events page we add a short block with the rooms you can offer on the night of the party, each with a link. The request the family sends you also asks “how many are staying overnight?”, so you know from the first message how many beds to make up. That way you rent out both the table and the rooms in a single conversation.
Can I start with just the christenings and birthdays page and add the rooms later? What does it start at?+
You can. A single page for events starts from 290€ and is paid once. When you want to add the rooms, we tell you the amount for the new part in advance, and what's already built stays as it is. We write the exact starting figure for you when we send the demo.
