Website for a Guest House in Oradea

Oradea gets guests who have almost nothing in common. One comes for the thermal water outside town and stays ten or fourteen nights, year after year, with the same habits: a room without too many stairs, meals at fixed hours, a short ride to the pools. Another comes for two nights, with the children for the water park and a walk through the restored centre, and makes up their mind on a Friday evening, on a phone, in fifteen minutes.

Then there is the border traffic: whoever crosses at Borș looks for a bed at ten at night and books wherever the answer comes quickly and the page is easy to understand. A guest house with its own website catches all three situations, instead of leaving them to a platform that takes a slice of every night you sell.

How it works

  1. 1We build you a free demo of your site
  2. 2You tell us what to change
  3. 3You pay only if you love it

Three kinds of guests, one and the same courtyard

The one who comes for treatment stays a long time and chooses you for small things: how many steps there are to the room, whether there is a lift, whether meals are served at set hours, how far the pools are and whether the same room can be kept from one year to the next. The weekend family looks at something else entirely: parking, the distance to the centre, whether the children have room to play. And whoever crosses the border wants, at that hour, a clear address and a fast confirmation. The guest who returns every season is the most valuable one you have — and paying a commission to receive them for the third time is a shame.

What a website settles in a border town

First, the details everyone stumbles over: the number of steps up to the room, whether there is a lift, which meals you serve and at what hour, how long it takes to reach Băile Felix or 1 Mai and by what means, where the car goes if the arrival is close to midnight. Rooms photographed as they look now, not as they looked when you opened. A nightly price plus terms for one or two weeks. And a few lines about the town — the fortress, the buildings downtown, the water park — because that is what convinces the family still hesitating between you and someone else.

First you see the mockup of your guest house, the decision comes after

We ask for no deposit and no signature to get started. We build the mockup of your place — with your name, your rooms and the way you speak — and send it over as a link. You open it when you have time, you compare it with whatever else you have seen, you sleep on it. Money comes up only after you say it is good: the price starts from 290€, the site goes live within a few days, one set of changes is included and there is a seven-day guarantee after publication. Our site also has a tourism demo, but that one is only our example — yours is the one carrying the name of your guest house. We work from Cluj-Napoca, entirely remotely, over WhatsApp.

Frequently asked questions

I have guests who stay two weeks for the thermal treatment. How do I get them to book directly with me?+

With the information the platforms never show: what the ground-floor rooms are like, whether you serve meals and at what hour, how long the trip to the pools takes, and whether the same room can be kept year after year. We put all of that on one page, with a message button next to it. Someone who has stayed with you once has no reason to go through anyone else.

Many of my guests come over from Hungary. Does that matter for the site?+

A great deal, though not evenly across the page. Someone coming for a course of treatment stays ten to fourteen nights and reads something quite different from a tourist: how many steps lead up to the room, whether there is a lift, what time meals are served, what the second week costs, what happens if they want to extend. Those lines have to be in Hungarian word for word, because that is what the decision rests on; the rest of the page can stay shorter. We do not lay machine translation over the text — a half-translated page shows at once and costs you the booking.

Can people book straight from the site, or does the guest still have to call?+

You can have both. The simplest setup is a booking request that reaches you on WhatsApp or by e-mail, with the dates and the number of people, and you confirm it yourself. If you want a calendar with day-by-day availability, that can be added. We choose based on how you already work, not the other way round.

If I see the mockup and realise it is not for me, what happens then?+

We stop there. You owe us nothing, you have signed nothing, and the mockup stays something you looked at rather than something you paid for. You tell us what you did not like, which is useful to us next time — and if you change your mind six months later, we pick it up where we left it.
