That way you stop negotiating from scratch on every call and filter out the requests that do not suit you.
I get families back from abroad for a few days while they sort out paperwork. What do they look for on a site?+
Very concrete things: a four-person room on the same floor, where they park a car with foreign plates, whether they can arrive after ten at night, and how far it is to the population records office, to a notary or to the airport. Write down whether they can pay by card as well, because many have no lei on them the first day. These are guests who come back on every trip home, if the first time was simple.
