Guesthouse Website Design in Vaslui
In Vaslui, a guesthouse year isn't split into high and low season, the way it is by the sea or in the mountains. It's split into weeks that have names. Wedding Saturdays, from spring until late autumn. The days before Christmas and Easter, when people working abroad come home and look for somewhere to put the relatives who no longer fit in the house. In autumn, the trips out to the Huși vineyards. And in between, the ordinary weeks, with people passing through on the road between Iași and Bârlad or heading for the Albița border crossing.
Each of these periods has a different fair rate. The trouble starts when the price left online is from two years ago, and the guest calls with it in hand.

How it works
- 1We build you a free demo of your site
- 2You tell us what to change
- 3You pay only if you love it
In Vaslui, the right rate moves from month to month
There is no single good month here, just several short peaks scattered across the year. A big wedding at a venue in town fills your house in one night, with guests from all over the county. Easter week moves on the calendar from one year to the next. In autumn, people heading to Huși for the grape harvest stop for a night in Vaslui too. And on weekdays you're left with those passing through: drivers, people sorting out paperwork at the county offices, the odd group come to see the battlefield of Podul Înalt. For each of them the honest nightly rate is different, and it changes often.
The screenshot with the old price
Anyone who rents out rooms in Vaslui knows the scene. The wedding godfather, gathering rooms for the guests, calls with a screenshot: an old rate, found on a page you'd forgotten you even had. Either you honour it and lose money on five rooms, or you explain and start the relationship with an argument. The same happens with the person booking Christmas from Italy or Germany, who puts what you said on the phone next to what they saw back in May. A high rate doesn't scare people off. A rate that doesn't match what they read does.
Every rate with its date, so an old screenshot can't cause trouble
In the demo we prepare for your guesthouse, at no cost, every rate sits next to the period it applies to and the day you set it: Easter week, wedding Saturdays, the winter holidays, ordinary days. The date updates by itself the moment you change the figure on your phone. If the wedding godfather sends you a screenshot from the site a month later, it shows since when the price has applied and for which nights, so the argument ends before it begins; and whoever books from Italy sees on the page the same figure you quote them on the phone. At /demo/turism you can browse a guesthouse site we've already built; yours will carry your own rooms and periods. We start from 290€ with one round of revisions; within a few days the site is live, and the first 7 days after launch are covered by our guarantee. We're based in Cluj-Napoca and you don't travel anywhere: we talk on WhatsApp.
Frequently asked questions
In March I quoted someone a rate for an August wedding, then raised it on the site. What happens to our deal?+
It stays as you agreed. The site shows today's rate to anyone asking from today on; what you've already confirmed in writing, on WhatsApp, is a separate agreement. We can add a short line under the table, something like “rates confirmed in writing don't change”, so nobody thinks you altered their terms along the way.
I set the rates together with my brother, who works in Italy. Can he change them too, from there?+
Yes. Each of you gets your own access and password, and logs in from a phone in any country. Whatever one of you saves, the other sees straight away, and the site always shows a single version, not two. If you like, he can handle the holiday periods, when he knows who's coming home, and you the rest of the year.
Easter falls on a different date every year. Do I have to rebuild the rate table from scratch?+
No. Periods are tied to dates, so you copy last year's and just move the days. Easter week, Christmas and the wedding Saturdays stay in the list from one year to the next; you check the calendar, shift the dates and save. It takes less time than one phone call explaining why the rate changed.
If I change my rates ten times a year, do I pay something for each change?+
No. What you edit yourself in the panel isn't billed, however often you do it. You pay once for building the site, which starts from 290€, and after that you only renew the domain and hosting each year. We send you every amount in writing together with the demo, so you know them before you sign anything.
