A Restaurant, Bistro or Café Website in Suceava, With the Daily Menu Up Front

In Suceava, lunch is decided fast and close to wherever hunger strikes. Civil servants from the county institutions, doctors coming off a shift, students of the “Ștefan cel Mare” University between lectures and the visitor who came in from Rădăuți or Fălticeni to sort out some paperwork all have an hour's break and the same question: what's on today's set menu, and which place is closest.

The place whose menu of the day shows up on a phone before noon gets the table, and often the order for a whole office. MPO Web Studio builds websites for restaurants, bistros and cafés in Suceava that put today's menu in front of these people in time, and in the evening bring bookings and orders straight to you.

The lunch customer who is only in town for the day

Suceava County is one of the largest in the country, and from Vatra Dornei the road into town crosses the mountains, over the Mestecăniș Pass. Anyone with paperwork at the county offices, an appointment at the County Hospital or an exam at the “Ștefan cel Mare” University leaves home before dawn, from Dorna, Siret or Gura Humorului, and by noon they're hungry in a city they don't know well. There's nobody to ask. They search for “meniul zilei Suceava”, compare what comes up and choose on three things: what's cooking today, what it costs and how quickly you serve it. If today's dishes appear nowhere on their phone, this person never learns you exist. And they come back to town every time another trip to some counter is due.

Rădăuți sour soup gets searched for by name

In Suceava, some dishes have their own road to the customer. The visitor from Siret or Fălticeni who wants a bowl of ciorbă rădăuțeană for lunch doesn't type “restaurant Suceava” into their phone but the name of the soup, and the traveller passing through on the way to the monasteries of Bucovina wants to know where food is cooked to local recipes. As long as the dish of the day sits only on the board by the door, neither of them finds it. Written into today's menu, with its full name and its weight, it stands a chance of appearing in front of whoever is looking for it. And the Bucovina dishes you cook only on certain days of the week can have a line of their own, with the day they appear, so regulars know when to come and stop asking on the phone.

Today's menu, right where people look at lunchtime

We build the site around your morning. The chef decides what's cooking, and you type the day's dishes and the price on your phone, in less time than it takes to photograph the board. The menu shows up instantly on the home page, dated today, as text Google can read rather than an image. You send its link to the office groups that order from you, and anyone searching at lunch sees what's on today, not last Tuesday. We prepare your mock-up for free, with your venue's name and your dishes, not a template full of borrowed food shots. If it convinces you, prices start at €290, the site goes live within a few days, your feedback is gathered into one round of revisions, and the first 7 days after launch are covered by warranty.

Frequently asked questions

We only decide the daily menu in the morning. Will it be on the site before lunch?+

Yes, because you post it yourself, in a few minutes, from your phone. You open the admin page, type the dishes and the price, save, and the menu is online straight away. You don't send photos to anyone or wait for someone else to upload them. If the soup runs out earlier than expected, you take it off the list just as quickly.

Offices nearby order lunch for all their staff at once. Can I take that order directly on the site?+

Yes. We add a simple group order: whoever orders ticks the dishes, enters the number of portions and the time they'll pick them up or want them delivered, and the list comes in on WhatsApp or by email, with the dishes already counted. No more writing down ten names and ten side dishes on the phone while the other line rings. Delivery and payment stay the way you've already agreed with your customers.

The set menu runs out around two. What does someone see if they open the site after that?+

They see that today's menu is over, not a list of dishes that no longer exist. When you take off the last dish, the front page can switch with one tap to the full menu and evening bookings, and the next morning you write the new menu. The visitor from elsewhere in the county who looks at three in the afternoon no longer makes the trip for nothing to a door where there's nothing left to eat.

For years we've written the set menu on the board by the door. Do we keep it?+

Yes. The board stays for people walking past on the pavement; the site is for those looking for you from the office, the hospital or the car, before they reach your part of town. Only the order changes: you write the menu on your phone first and then on the board, so both say the same thing. For regulars, the board is the sign that you're open; the site is that sign for everyone else.
