Website Design for Gyms and Fitness Studios in Sfântu Gheorghe

In Sfântu Gheorghe, many people who want a specific kind of training — CrossFit, yoga, one-to-one coaching — start from an assumption nobody checks: “for that, you have to go to Brașov.” Some actually do, twice a week, until the evening drive wears their patience thin. Others never try. All the while, the gym that offers exactly what they want may be ten minutes from home; it just doesn't say so anywhere.

For a gym owner in Sfântu Gheorghe, these are the best members you can win: they already have the habit, they already have the budget, and they would rather stay close to home. MPO Web Studio builds websites for local gyms and studios that name what actually goes on inside, so the drive to Brașov stops being the default choice.

When the town assumes the right gym is in Brașov

In a small town like Sfântu Gheorghe, people know where every gym is, but little about what happens inside. From the street they all look alike: machines, mirrors, music. So someone who wants kettlebells, mobility work for a stiff back, yoga by level or a CrossFit group assumes the town can't offer it and looks straight to Brașov. That assumption costs you clients you never even see: they never came in, never asked, and headed straight for Brașov. Here your page has one demanding job: to name the disciplines you actually run, in the words people type, to show a real session from your own floor, and to say clearly which level each one suits. Someone who reads “CrossFit in small groups, beginners welcome” no longer has any reason to get in the car.

Whoever gave up the drive to Brașov is already half your member

There is another client a local gym has within reach without realising it: the person who took out a membership in Brașov, went keenly for a whole autumn and stopped once the evenings turned dark and the road became a chore. They didn't quit training; they quit the drive. They have the routine, they know what they want and they miss what they used to do. When they look you up, they don't ask whether your gym is bigger, but whether they can carry on here with the programme they started there: whether you have the weights they need, whether a coach will look over what they were working on, whether the hour after work stays free for them. You aren't selling them a trial visit, you're selling them a year. Your page only has to answer that question before they start counting the kilometres again.

Your coaches read it first, the town after them

In a small gym, the coaches are the ones who will pass the link on — to their clients, to colleagues, to the parents' group chat. They only share it if they recognise themselves in it. That's why we don't launch the mockup straight away. First we build it on the working gym demo at /demo/fitness, with your gym's name, timetable, memberships and a block for every coach; we send you the link on WhatsApp, and you drop it into the team's group chat. Each coach looks for their own block first: whether their name has every accent and the order they use, whether their discipline is described the way they teach it, whether the class time is the real one and whether the photo shows them at work rather than at a wedding. Whatever they find goes into the single round of revisions included in the price. Only then does the site go out into town, with a team happy to share it. Prices start at €290, we work remotely from Cluj-Napoca, delivery takes days, and the first 7 days after launch are covered by our guarantee. You pay once you've approved the mockup.

Frequently asked questions

Some people still have a paid-up membership at a gym in Brașov and are letting it run out. Can I make them an offer so they come to me sooner?+

You can, and it's worth writing on the site, not just mentioning at reception. If you do something like this — for example, the weeks left on their membership there are free or discounted at your gym — we name it clearly, with its conditions: what the person needs to show and until when it's valid. Someone who is tired of the drive but doesn't want to lose the money already paid then has a reason not to wait for the end of the month. If you don't want an offer, a line saying they can continue here, with your trainer, the programme they started there is enough.

My coaches' names have accents like ő and ű, and the family name comes first. Will you spell them the same way everywhere?+

Yes, exactly as they write them. If the site has a Hungarian version, there we keep the usual order with the family name first; in the other languages we use whichever order each coach prefers, without dropping a single accent along the way. That's precisely why you send them the mockup before launch: each coach sees their name, discipline and class time and tells us if anything is off.

During the Town Days I want to open the gym to anyone for a day. Can I announce it on the site, with sign-ups, and take it down afterwards?+

Yes. We build an event page linked from the home page, with the day's programme, the classes people can join and a short sign-up form by time slot, so not everyone turns up at once. Everyone who signs up leaves a name and phone number, so after the event you have a list of people who actually crossed your threshold, not just a full gym for one afternoon. When it's over, you hide the page yourself and reuse it next year.

If my coaches ask for changes after launch rather than before, do I pay for them separately?+

It depends on the change. Opening hours, membership prices and the text on a coach's profile you edit yourself in the admin area, at no cost. The included round of revisions is used before launch, which is why we suggest showing them the mockup then. If later you want a new page or a section for a class that's just starting, we put the amount in writing before we begin, building on what you already have rather than starting from scratch.
