Website Design for Car Repair Shops and Tyre Services in Slatina

Slatina sits on the bank of the Olt, and on the edge of town lies a large industrial platform: aluminium is produced here, pipes and tyres are made, and some lines don't stop even at night. Many locals work there or have someone in the family who does, and they have picked up from the factory a particular way of looking at a job: measured, written down, checked twice.

These people naturally end up at the garage or the tyre shop too. They don't want big words or vague promises; they want to know what is being done to their car, in what order and who is answerable for the result. MPO Web Studio builds a website that gives them exactly that, in the words of the people in your workshop.

How it works

  1. 1We build you a free demo of your site
  2. 2You tell us what to change
  3. 3You pay only if you love it

The man from the platform wants the job sheet, not just a promise

In an aluminium, pipe or tyre factory, nothing leaves the gate without a sheet: what was measured, who checked it, what deviation was found. Someone who has worked like that for years is no longer satisfied with “all done, boss, sorted”. He wants to know before the work starts what was found, to approve the estimate, to get a call if anything unexpected turns up, and at the end to receive the old parts and a few numbers: the remaining brake pad thickness, the tread depth, the battery test result. A Slatina garage that already works this way has an advantage nobody can see from the street. On the site, the route a car takes through your workshop, told in a few simple steps from drop-off to handover, tells this customer straight away that things here are done in order. And a sample job sheet from the end of the process weighs more with him than any boast about reliability.

In the town where tyres are made, customers ask about rubber

Anyone who works on Slatina's industrial platform, or has a brother or neighbour there, has at least heard at the dinner table about load indexes, rubber compounds and quality checks. You can feel it at the tyre shop. The customer no longer asks only how much fitting costs, but what year the tyre is from, whether the speed index matches the car, why you gave him a new valve. A workshop that answers on reflex with “it's fine, no problem” loses someone who already knew the answer. On the site, a few lines about how you work with tyres reassure him straight away: you check the manufacturing date before fitting, you balance and show him the weights you used, you tighten the wheel bolts with a torque wrench, not with the impact gun turned up to the maximum. It's not a chemistry lesson. It's proof that, in the town where tyres are manufactured, your workshop treats them as seriously as the people in the factory.

What the website says about each job, signed off by the head mechanic

You handle the phone, the schedule and the books; the man on the workshop floor, though, knows what each job is called and how long it really takes. That's why the website mock-up doesn't go only to you for approval, but also to him for correction. We build it with your workshop's name, services and hours, and the head mechanic gets the link with a single request: to read the job names and durations like a job sheet and strike out whatever isn't true. He fixes the names (“clutch kit”, not “new clutch”), takes automatic gearboxes off the list if you don't do them, moves wheel alignment to appointments-only if the machine is busy in the mornings. You send us his notes the way he says them, even as a voice message with the compressor running in the background, and we gather them all into the single round of revisions included. The result is a site the whole workshop agrees with, not just the owner, so nobody on the floor contradicts what the customer has read. The example at /demo/service-auto shows you the starting point. Prices start at €290, publication follows within a few days with a 7-day warranty after it, and we talk it all through on WhatsApp, from Cluj-Napoca.

Frequently asked questions

My head mechanic has no patience for reading on a screen. How do I show him the mock-up without torturing him?+

He doesn't need to read it from top to bottom. It's enough for him to open it on his phone and stop wherever something doesn't sound like your workshop. He can say his notes out loud while you record them, or send us a voice message directly. Many mechanics correct better by talking than by writing, so we adapt to his way of working, not the other way round.

If the head mechanic and I disagree on a wording, who has the final say?+

You do, because it's your business. It's still worth listening to him when it comes to what gets done and how long it takes, because he's the one who faces the customer who read the site. Usually the dispute is settled simply: the more cautious promise stays. A customer who gets the car back earlier than stated leaves happy; one who gets it later feels cheated.

Customers who work in the factories ask me for a written estimate before anything else. Can I show a sample job sheet on the site without anyone's details?+

Yes, and it's one of the most convincing parts of the site. We take one of your real job sheets, remove the customer's name, number plate and contact number, and show it the way the customer receives it: what was found, what was approved, what was replaced, which values you measured. Anyone who sees it understands how you work without further explanation. If your sheets are handwritten, all the better: that's exactly how it looks in the workshop.

If the head mechanic finds another mistake after launch, is the fix included in the €290 or added to the bill?+

The 7-day warranty after launch is there precisely for that: if something doesn't appear the way we agreed in the approved mock-up, we fix it at no cost. A new job you want to add a month later is a different matter; that has a separate amount, which you know beforehand. The package starts at €290, and the initial mock-up stays free.
